In 2018, Natasha Pickowicz and Ignacio Mattos of Café Altro Paradiso and Flora Bar in New York City, asked us to work with artist Fanny Gentle to create a poster for their famed annual bake sale.

Every year, fellow pastry chefs from around the country gather and donate baked goods, with all profits supporting Planned Parenthood. Their last one raised over $100,000 and the bake sale has become the embodiment of how much our industry can contribute to a better world.
