Nature-Led wagyu beef prized by chefs around the world for its consistency and versatility. We’ve partnered with WestHolme to bring their collaborations to life.

Westholme x Nancy Silverton

For Mother’s Day, Nancy Silverton and Westholme collaborated on a special care package, that invited recipients to recreate Nancy’s mother Doris’ signature brisket recipe with Westholme’s pristine Australian wagyu beef. Invited by our friends at Care of Chan to tackle the mailers' design, we aimed for a packaging experience that felt as nostalgia-induced as a mother’s home cooked meal.

By integrating Westholme's logo, and iconic purple, with pops of other colors, handwritten touches, and scanned imagery, we achieved an overall retro and human feel.

Tucked into each custom mailer was a hand stitched book introducing Westholme’s ethos, and outlining Doris’ brisket recipe. Limited to seventy copies, the first names of recipients were handwritten in each booklet, and the final spread was a blank recipe template for them to jot down their favorite beef recipe from childhood. Printed separately, a hand painted wagyu beef diagram was included to educate recipients on the wagyu’s various cuts.

Westholme x John Shields & Karen Urie Shields

Chefs John Shields & Karen Urie Shields have collaborated with Westholme to create a distinctive care package, featuring Karen's family recipe for Tagliata Alla Barca, using Westholme's exquisite Australian wagyu beef. Drawing on the success of last year's Mother's Day mailer by Westholme x Nancy Silverton, we have crafted every aspect of this packaging suite to evoke the nostalgia of a home-cooked meal passed down through generations.

To achieve this, we utilized Westholme's new color palette, Karen's Italian American family archives, and references to retro Italian packaging and labeling, resulting in a captivating unboxing experience. Nestled within each bespoke mailer is a hand-stitched book that introduces readers to Westholme's ethos and Karen's Tagliata Alla Barca recipe.
