Cosme alumn Gonzalo Goût  & entrepreneur Alejandro Porteny approached The MP Shift to design Verde, Their fine-casual concept put an emphasis on fresh & local ingredients, thoughtful culinary techniques, market-driven recipes and exceptional service offered as an everyday convenience.

To reflect their salads' quality and their concept's soulfulness, we created a schematic with warm pink, blue and green tones and mixed in high end materials (marbles, oak, copper) in a casual setting.
